Have you ever worked in assisted living or sent a loved one to stay in an assisted living facility? If so, FRONTLINE and ProPublica want to hear from you.
Over the last two decades, growth in the industry has been booming. But as FRONTLINE and ProPublica reported in Life and Death in Assisted Living, the push for profits may be harming the quality of care for thousands of seniors.
As part of our ongoing reporting into the industry, we’re asking employees past and present, as well as relatives of anyone in a facility, to share their experiences with us.
If you work in a facility, or have experience working in assisted living, you can share your stories by filling out the form below. If you have a story to tell about a loved one in assisted living, you can let us know by filling out this form.
We promise to keep your information confidential. Thank you for the help.
