The FRONTLINE Interviews

The Choice 2024

Our Sources. On the Record. At Your Fingertips.

To produce The Choice 2024: Harris vs. Trump, the FRONTLINE team conducted nearly 40 interviews with friends, advisers and colleagues of both candidates, as well as journalists who have covered the lives and political rise of Kamala Harris and Donald Trump. The team also drew on an archive of FRONTLINE interviews conducted for previous films that explore the life and career of Donald Trump. As Americans go to the polls in a contentious election, these interviews provide insight into the personal and political lives of the candidates, and a better understanding of how they might approach the office of the president. The interviews can be explored below in video or text. The collection is part of FRONTLINE’s Transparency Project, which makes our source material available to the public.
